FREQUENTLY ASK QUESTIONS- What is

 Extra charge and or stop work may apply for extra work or anything not see or know about it, when sign this contract agreement. Extra charge/stop work may also apply if runs into obstacle that’s unusual and jobsite will remain as is. A change order/stop work form will be issue. All work may stop until any or all issue is fix 

A customer hire us to replace a ceiling fan. Meaning, Uninstall the old fan and install the new ceiling fan , only. When the old fan remove it should already have a fan box in the first place, and ready to install the new ceiling fan on it, without the need to do any additional work.  (Additional work means additional fee)

We will show you the code velation or the problem. you can then 1. fix it yourself. 2. Get someone else to fix it or 3. You can Pay us an additional  fee to fix the problem/velation.

At this point we  will issue a change order or stop work. Change order payment is require  ay the same time  the change order is provided to fix  the problem. That will be the price  may increase.) or ( Stop Work) Meaning you will get reasonable time to fix the problem  yourself or hire someone to fix that problem.

NOTE: Our contract agreement will still be in full effect until the problem fix before the contract expire date.
